Steve Bierfeldt is a hero for liberty lovers everywhere!
The lesson here is, when you’re being interrogated, it’s not going to be a fair, intellectual debate.
You will be surrounded by at least three officers who are all using demeaning and intimidating language. (One of the officers in the above clip was accusing the hero of being “childish” for failing to yield to tyranny…the officer himself using a bastardized form of English…as if he were somehow morally or intellectually superior??? Are you freakin’ kidding me?)
The hero stuck to his guns. You see…Mr. Fascist, Moronic, Officer…here in America, we have something called “rule of law” because we are a “Republic.” I know these are foreign concepts to you; but once you look up their meaning, you’ll see that courageous Americans have no fear of the DEA, or the FBI if they’ve done nothing wrong.
It’s only when the law becomes shifty and constantly arbitrary…depending on the instant whim of a dictatorial and tyrannous body (be it one man or a large group of men) that it is no longer fit to govern men.
Thank God our founders and forefathers fought and died for this Republic; the effects of which still manage to instill courage in the heart of a young man being unjustly and unfairly detained.
All freedom lovers had better begin preparing for what they would do, and how they would act in a similar situation.

Thank you for posting that, sir. I would have missed it otherwise. Jack Booted Thugs like that are what we can expect to see more and more of as this nation slides deeper into tyranny. My congratulations to that young man for sticking up for his rights – and for being so calm during that ordeal.
If you haven’t already seen it, there is an excellent video available at YouTube (and probably other sources as well) that explains why you should NEVER talk to the police. Do a search for “Don’t talk to the police”. The lawyer’s name is James Duane.
I have long since decided that my standard answer to all questions, should I be in that position, will be “You may write in your notes that I politely declined to answer any question.”
Mr. Colonel…
After taking your advice and searching for the suggested clip, I find myself highly motivated to be a civil defense attorny!
The clip I found was of a 45 minute or so lecture where Mr. Duane discusses the law for the first half, and an officer responded for the last half. It was very informitive and telling.
This lead me to watch other lectures and clips on constitutional rights of the citizen when confronting by police. The entire force and power of our Republic and the rights guranteed to us by the Constitution hit me.
I wanted to learn more of this. It was like getting a quick “high.” I think I am now a legal junkie. I feel empowered to protect myself and my friends in a police encounter…and I can do it legally!
Oh yes…I want more sir, and I attribute this current enfatuation with civil liberties to YOU and your suggestion!
Blackstone, here I come! (Additionally, later on this year at the upcoming Worldview Conference, I get to meet famous lawyer Herb Titus again and hopefully I can talk to him about a law career!)
Excellent! I look forward to future blog postings showing what you have found. The more that this kind of information is made available, the less power the JBTs have over people. You do a great service by helping to get that information out. Thank you!
