Rules

Unfortunately, due to the ambiguity of the good Mr. Lee’s quote, a few stipulations to this rule must be presented. What follows will be a list of attributes that I decided promotes gentelmanly like conduct. This aint a democracy folks…it’s a Republic…therefore, these “stipulations” are final unless I am at some point convinced otherwise. I’ll call ‘em rules for clarity’s sake.

Rule 1:

This is my blog, not yours.

So, I apologize to all the Muslims (and other wacko’s) who want to use MY blog to grandstand their ideas. I’m calling this the “Sony Craig” syndrome, inspired by a guy who wanted to use MY blog as a platform to preach his view.

RULE 2:

There will be NO excessive cussin’ words displayed here. I’m no strict fundamentalist or anything, but I’ll not allow long rants or swearing bouts. It’s my hope that anyone from family members to kids from church can feel comfortable reading and participating in my blog.

Rule 3:

I reserve the right to censor any post that links to a site that is disgusting.

I don’t mind people linking to their favorite site in the comments section, or linking to other sites as a way to make a point or something…but, If I click on the link, and it brings me to a site with porn, or otherwise disgusting material, I’ll delete the entire post.

Rule 4:

I will try my darndest NEVER to speak about others as if they are mere numbers, statistics or blank faces.  This is an unfortunate habit in today’s society (especially given the rise of Keynesian economic theory.)  All people deserve to be treated like real flesh and blood individuals!  This is more of a personal standard and I don’t expect everyone to feel the same away about this as I do.
